The Sofitel Brisbane is a lovely luxury hotel in a very central location. Super comfy beds and pillows. Emily at reception is amazing! After getting me late check out until 2pm she found me waiting in the lobby (its 6 hours till my flight) and offered to bring me tea. Can’t beat that for customer service!
Stay a night here for my 10yrs anniversary, got a really warm welcoming from the receptionist. As soon as we enter the room, received a champagne, choc cake and a hand -writing letter from the hotel manager. Got a upgrade of the room. Make me feel very special, perfect memories. Thank you the team of Sofitel.
Love staying here. Staff great on arrival. Very friendly. Dealt with our luggage straight away. Check in very quick and easy. Lovely room. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Pool nice. Stephanie's day spa to die for. So relaxing. Will be back.
Sofitel Brisbane has some interesting information on why Australia is called the land down under?
Australia is known as 'the land Down Under' for its position in the southern hemisphere. The discovery of Australia began when European explorers searched for land under the continent of Asia. Before Australia was discovered, it was known as Terra Australis Incognita the unknown southern land.
