Inner-urban cool café, The Brunswick Project is turning New Farm heads with classic fare and award-winning coffee. Nestled on Brunswick Street in a villa-style building with a large verandah, this café embraces a modern Scandinavian décor of white walls, pine flooring and hanging greenery, inviting guests to take time catching up with friends over a Rosso brew. Settle in with a breaky bowl of toasted kale, zucchini, pomegranate, fresh spinach and poached egg with lemon mustard dressing, or perhaps twice cooked brioche French toast with poached fruit, maple syrup and candied walnuts. Those stopping by for lunch may be tempted by Vietnamese poached chicken salad with wombok, carrot, chilli, shallots and nam jim dressing, teamed with a cold pressed juice of almonds, dates and vanilla.
